Who We Are

The art of the pristine, practiced daily.

NCS Home Cleaning is a premium, restorative cleaning company serving homes and businesses across South Florida. We exist for one reason: to create pristine living and working spaces through meticulous attention to detail and an unwavering commitment to clarity. Where others tidy, we restore — returning surfaces, rooms, and entire properties to the clean, calm state they were meant to be in.

Our service is built for busy professionals, families, property managers, and Airbnb hosts who refuse to compromise on cleanliness but no longer have the hours to chase it themselves. From regular maintenance cleaning and deep restorative cleans to move-in/move-out turnovers, post-construction finishes, eco-friendly green cleaning, and discreet commercial care for restaurants, banks, offices, and childcare facilities, we tailor every visit to the space in front of us. Each service follows a documented scope of work, so nothing is left to memory or chance.

NCS Home Cleaning was founded and is operated by a local South Florida team that has spent years refining a single craft. We are licensed and insured, vetted and trained, and devoted to the details that turn a house into a sanctuary. Every member of our crew is held to the same standard: arrive on time, work methodically, communicate clearly, and leave the space better than you found it. It is a simple philosophy, and it is why homes and businesses across the region trust us to care for the spaces that matter most to them.

From Our Crew

Cleaning tips worth keeping

Practical, field-tested guidance from the NCS team — small habits that keep your home pristine between visits.

Technique

Microfiber over cotton

Microfiber traps dust instead of pushing it around, cutting your wipe-down time noticeably.

Cotton cloths leave lint and simply shuffle dust from one surface to another. A dry or lightly dampened microfiber cloth captures particles in its split fibers. Fold into quarters and rotate to a fresh face as each side soils — eight clean surfaces from one cloth.

Bathroom

Top-down bathroom cleaning

Always work from the highest surface down so falling soil lands on areas you have not cleaned yet.

Start with light fixtures and mirror, then shower walls, tile, and glass, then counters and fixtures, and finish with the floor. Gravity does the work for you — nothing you just cleaned gets re-soiled by runoff from above.

Green Cleaning

Green grout with baking soda

A simple paste lifts grout stains without harsh chemical fumes in enclosed bathrooms.

Mix baking soda and water into a thick paste, apply along the grout lines, and let it sit for ten minutes. Scrub with a stiff-bristled brush, then mist with white vinegar — the mild reaction breaks down grime. Rinse with warm water for bright, fume-free grout.

Kitchen

Keep the kitchen sink pristine

The sink is the busiest surface in the kitchen and the one most often overlooked.

Rinse, then scrub with baking soda and a half-lemon each evening. Run the lemon through the disposal to clear odors, and wipe the faucet and handles last. A pristine sink sets the tone for the whole kitchen and discourages dishes from piling up.

Floors

Vacuum before you mop

Dry soil turns to mud the moment it meets a wet mop, making floors harder to clean.

Vacuum or sweep thoroughly first to lift dust, hair, and grit. Only then bring in the mop. You will use less water, less solution, and finish in half the time — and the floor dries streak-free instead of smeared.

Maintenance

The 15-minute nightly reset

A short evening routine that keeps clutter and dust from compounding over the week.

Spend the first five minutes clearing horizontal surfaces — counters, tables, and the coffee table. Wipe each with a damp microfiber cloth. Finish by emptying the kitchen sink and running hot water. Fifteen minutes a night prevents the slow buildup that turns into a weekend-long deep clean.
